Terms of use

rheochat.store is an independent ordering and delivery technology service. We let you find local businesses, order from them, pay in one place and have your order delivered. We are not the maker or seller of the goods, except where a listing says otherwise.

There are two kinds of shop on rheochat.store, and every listing says which it is.

Partner shops have signed up with RheoChat. They manage their own listing, confirm your order themselves and are paid by us for what they sell.

Concierge listings, marked with a Concierge label, are local businesses that are not affiliated with or partnered with RheoChat. When you order from one, an independent RheoChat shopper goes to the business, buys your order at the counter as an ordinary customer, and delivers it to you. The business is not a party to your order and has not endorsed this service. We show no logo, branding or official imagery for these businesses.

Because a concierge order is bought in person:

• Menus and prices come from public information and our own visits, and may be out of date. If the counter price is higher, or an item is unavailable, we will not charge you more without asking, we either get your approval or cancel that item and credit its price to your RheoChat wallet.
• Questions about a concierge order go to RheoChat, not to the business.

You pay RheoChat when you order. For marketplace orders we hold the payment until your order is delivered, then release it to the shop. If an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, or you report a problem within 30 minutes of delivery and we agree, the shop's own price for the items is credited to your RheoChat wallet. Refunds are made to your wallet, not to your card or bank. Delivery fees, service fees and payment processing fees are not refundable. Problems must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery; after that an order is final.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Where a shop or our shopper confirms a preparation time, we will tell you, and we will tell you if your order cannot be fulfilled.

To find and fix what gets in shoppers' way, we record how pages are used, clicks, scrolls and page changes, on our own servers, What you type is never recorded, checkout details and sign-in pages are hidden, account and wallet pages are masked, and recordings are deleted after 30 days. No third party receives them.

If you own or manage a business shown as a concierge listing and do not want it on rheochat.store, you can have it removed. Use the removal form , a concierge listing is taken down as soon as the request is submitted, and we confirm with you afterwards. You can also write to support@rheochat.com.

If you would rather sell with us directly, your own branding, your own prices, orders sent straight to you and payouts to your bank, reply to our confirmation and we will set you up as a partner.
